Darshana R. Kadakia, M.D. FCCP, ABIHM
Darshana R. Kadakia, M.D., FCCP, ABIHM is a five-board certified physician who has over 30 years of experience in the medical industry. Dr. Kadakia is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care, Geriatrics, and Integrative & Holistic Medicine. She has owned and managed a private practice and urgent care in San Clemente since 1988. Dr. Kadakia completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Southern California. The San Clemente Medi-Center has grown to become the premier standard of private healthcare in San Clemente.
In 2003, Dr. Kadakia concurrently started Sanjivani Health Center, an integrative and holistic medical practice and is developing the business for patient education at a global level. Dr. Kadakia is an honorary member of the faculty at UCI and works with the University to teach medical students through her practice.

Neil R. Kadakia
Neil Kadakia joined Greens Global in 2009 and serves as Vice President. He is primarily responsible for operations, management, and business development for Greens Global and its holdings. In addition to these duties, Mr. Kadakia is directly responsible in the fundamental analysis, development, acquisition, and value-add planning of new investment opportunities. He manages staff and real estate assets in the company’s portfolio.
Mr. Kadakia managed the team that completed entitlements on Greens Storage, Escondido, San Clemente Medi-Center, and multiple residential projects. He is currently managing the team that is building Greens Storage, Escondido. As a Managing Principal, he is directly responsible for coordinating with the project manager and project team to complete new developments. In recent years, he has been working directly with the City of San Clemente, City of Menifee, County of Riverside, and County of San Diego to facilitate entitlements and new development on respective sites.
Mr. Kadakia studied Business, Economics, and Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley and is a licensed real estate broker.

Archana N. Kadakia

Archana Kadakia, MBA, CPA is responsible for overseeing the company’s finance, tax, and accounting functions. In addition, Mrs. Kadakia is responsible for preparing budgets and performing fundamental financial analysis and due diligence on new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Greens Global in 2014, Mrs. Kadakia worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In her four years with PwC, Mrs. Kadakia provided SOX compliance and performed internal audit at various Fortune 500 companies including VeriSign, NetApp, and Adobe. She was an instrumental part of Google’s financial planning and analysis team. Mrs. Kadakia later went on to get her MBA with an emphasis in real estate from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, where she graduated summa cum laude. Upon graduation, she worked at The Concord Group where she worked for three years as a manager-level real estate consultant, where she performed market analysis on various hospitality, senior living, multi-family, and commercial projects for large real estate developers throughout the United States.
Mrs. Kadakia studied Business and South Asian Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
Sahil P. Desai
Property Management & Construction
Sahil Desai joined Greens Global in 2006 and serves as Vice President of Property Management and leads the new projects team. Mr. Desai is responsible for overseeing all new construction projects, staff development for the maintenance department, and collaborating with Mr. Kadakia on all maintenance and new development for all assets within the company portfolio. Mr. Desai is mostly on-site and supervises staff on all projects. Mr. Desai holds an impressive track record of over 10 years of hands-on experience in facilities and real estate management, construction management, and strategic planning both on the corporate and operational level. He actively manages the company’s residential and commercial portfolio.
Mr. Desai oversees all essential field employees, as well as construction schedules, to ensure that all projects contracted with Greens Global, Inc. are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality available in the industry. Mr. Desai works in conjunction with Mr. Kadakia to manage real estate development and new projects, from concept to build-out and occupancy certificate.
In addition, Mr. Desai actively manages an independent portfolio of real-estate based investments and runs a management and construction company independently in Orange County. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the International College of Management, Science, and Technology from Indore, India. He is a licensed contractor and Realtor in California.
Charmi S. Desai
Charmi Desai joined Greens Global in 2012 and serves as Office Manager at the corporate office in San Clemente. Mrs. Desai is directly responsible for managing all office staff and ensuring that the daily operations of the corporate office runs efficiently. While Mrs. Desai has a variety of responsibilities as an office manager, she is primarily responsible for product sourcing, vendor management, off-site coordination, document management, and management of the various departments within the office. As the team lead for accounts payable, marketing, and off-site management, she is responsible for making sure that each of these departments complete their tasks in a timely manner. She uses her excellent organizational ability to ensure that the company’s documents are maintained current and readily available. Mrs. Desai often coordinates with the team to create document packages for consultants, financial institutions, and vendors. In addition, Mrs. Desai is the primary liaison with Greens Global’s overseas investments and is directly responsible for making sure that those investments are operating correctly and are in compliance. She deals directly with financial institutions, vendors, property managers, and government agencies in this role.
Before joining Greens Global in 2012, she worked with Mr. Desai in his corporate office, running his construction and property management company. Her foundation in office management was built here, where she dealt with tenants, consultants, investors, and various government agencies. Her background in development, budgeting, and accounting helped Mr. Desai grow his company into what it is today. Mrs. Desai was born and raised in India where she received her Bachelor’s Degree from Loma Linda University in Redlands, CA.
Outside of work, Mrs. Desai can be found spending quality time with her husband and young son. She enjoys baking, gardening, and traveling.
Kim A. Smith
Kim Smith joined the team in 2016 and has progressed through the company as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, and currently our Project Manager. As Project Manager, Mrs. Smith is responsible for the planning, procurement, and execution of various business development and construction projects. She is instrumental in working with outside contractors, vendors, and both city and county agencies to maintain and achieve compliance with building permits, licenses and certifications. She works closely with Mrs. Cranfill, Mr. Desai, and Mr. Kadakia as well as our Site Managers to ensure our properties operate in an efficient manner while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Prior to joining Greens Global, Mrs. Smith had over 13 years of management experience including Human Resources and Retail Operations Management with one of the world leaders in customer service, Nordstrom. Mrs. Smith held various positions while employed with Nordstrom most notably as Customer Service Manager for a store with annual revenue of $54 million in sales and 300+ employees. Mrs. Smith also held the position of Store Inventory Manager responsible for the daily management, logistics, shrinkage and inventory auditing of $43 million in merchandise. Kim also volunteered and was elected President of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) from 2005-2011 in Colorado. She held monthly board meetings and parent/teacher meetings, organized volunteers within the school community for fundraising and executed all PTA events and activities. She worked with the school principal, teachers, staff and school board to donate annual PTA funds of over $30,000 for technology, staffing, and various learning programs and tools.
Kyle J. Goldfarb
Kyle Goldfarb joined the Greens Global team in 2018. He is primarily responsible for the initiation, design, execution, supervision and closing of various projects in the company. His foundation in science, mathematics, and relationship building have made him well suited for management of projects involving development, marketing, and research. Furthermore, Mr. Goldfarb is responsible for project sourcing and coordinates with vendors, consultants, contractors and other team members to continue expansion within Greens Global.
Prior to joining Greens Global, Mr. Goldfarb worked as an emergency department medical scribe in New Mexico with Dr. Rajesh Kadakia. He worked as the lead project manager on Dr. Rajesh and Dr. Darshana’s “Home Run” overland expedition from California to India, planning and carrying out the creation of their vehicle as well as the route and accommodations.
Mr. Goldfarb was a collegiate baseball player for Eastern New Mexico University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Chemistry.
Valinda Cranfill joined Greens Global in 2015 and now leads the company’s storage operations division. Mrs. Cranfill is responsible for day-to-day storage operations as well as managing the storage team, which includes a team of four site managers and three assistant site managers. She works with Mr. Desai and the property improvement team to implement new improvements on properties as well as routine maintenance and preventative maintenance. Furthermore, she coordinates with vendors and provides operational reporting to the Mr. and Mrs. Kadakia.
Mrs. Cranfill works hand-in-hand with Mr. Kadakia and the operations team to ensure an excellent level of customer satisfaction at all of our locations.
Prior to joining Greens Global in 2015, Mrs. Cranfill had significant experience in personnel and event management, working at the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation as an Executive Director, responsible for operations, management, and board support for affiliate programs. At the Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego, she worked as a resource development manager, planning and executing annual events raising over 1⁄2 million dollars to support programs and services for 11 Boys and Girls Club locations. In addition, she worked at the Classical Academy as a Development Director, responsible for the implementation of a new development department at three California public charter schools.
