Greens Global acquires the Wells Fargo Headquarters at San Antonio, TX.
Greens Storage, Temecula
Greens Global acquires its first storage facility, AAA Plus Storage in Temecula, CA. The facility is later rebranded Greens Storage, Temecula.
The group reorganizes as Greens Global, and begins a real estate development division.
Red Cliffs Inn
Greens Global purchases its first hotel in Washington, Utah, known as Red Cliffs Inn. The property is later rebranded to a Quality Inn and Suites.
From 1981-1988, Rajesh J. Kadakia, now a full-time Emergency and Trauma Physician, steadily acquires a foundation of residential and commercial properties.
The American Dream
In 1981, Rajesh and Darshana Kadakia moved to the United States, pursuing their careers as physicians and further expanding the real estate business to the United States.
J.M. Kadakia opens Greens Hospital. Rajesh J. Kadakia, M.D. oversees the first kidney transplant in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Our Story Begins
Jayantilal M. Kadakia, Rajesh J. Kadakia’s father, founded Greens Electric Corporation in May of 1958 in Mumbai, India. He later moved to Hyderabad, India, where he settled and expanded the business into an electrical and hardware distribution business.
